He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Calvin and Beulah Osgood (Keese). He is survived by: his former spouse Karol Coffin; his wife Judy; his children, Kari Krutsinger (Rick) of Russell, IA, Jeff Hazen of Marshalltown and Chad Hazen (Sherlyn) of Winthrop, IA; his grandchildren, Megan Reynolds (Cole Smith) of Pella, Brenna Reynolds of Chariton, Foster Hazen of Iowa City, Cavon Hazen and Navy of Norfolk, VA; his brothers, Melvin Osgood (Joyce) of Marshalltown and Howard Osgood (Karen) of Sebring, FL; his sister-in-law Twyla Johnston; his siblings, Calvin, Richard, John, Jim, Roger Osgood, Betty Jean Stanton, George and Virginia; and his foster brother Dwaine Johnston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Christian Church (300 W Main St, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
