He is survived by: his friend Cindy Hanken; his wife Jami; his daughter Tina Beurskens of Marshalltown; his grandsons, Austin, Ethan (Cristina) and Michael (Katie); his daughter Jennifer Pfantz (Jeff) of Marshalltown; his grandchildren, Kaylem, Emma and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Bryan Hebert (Stacey) of Marshalltown and Faith; and his siblings, Frank Smoldt, Jr. and Cheryl Larson (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
