He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Sr. Carstensen and Marie Carstensen (Berndt); and his siblings, Delphine Braase, Norma Smith, Raymond H. Jr. and Vernon.
He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Longlee; and his granddaughter Courtney.
