He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Everett" Foster and Lucille Foster (Moats); his sister Phyllis Harner; and his nephew Doug Harner. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Lori" Becker; his siblings-in-law, Bill Harner (Christiane), Leighton Becker (Michele) and Elaine Bridge (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Tracy Chandler, Susan Bridge and Steve Bridge.
