Paul Pinney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Pinney of Marion, Iowa, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Pinney and Gladys Pinney (Burg); and his siblings, Phyllis, Bonnie and Duane.
He is survived by: his wife Karol Pinney; his children, Colin Pinney (Sandra) and Carlene Vavricek (Gary); his grandchildren, Christian Pinney, Kyle Vavricek (Catherine) and Kurt Vavricek (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Korbin, Colton, Cheyenne Vavricek, Jaxon and Kasey Vavricek; his sister Cheryl Clemmensen; and his brother-in-law Dean Hyde (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (201 N Ford St, Anamosa, IA 52205).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
