He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harlan E. Wiegand and Darlene M. Wiegand (Christ); his wife Carole Holzhammer Lehman; his daughter Nicole Lehman Kleppe; his granddaughter Alyssa Kleppe; his great grandchildren, Richard Bailey III and Dezmond Bailey; his sister Carol Cowan (Leo) of Dubuque; and his friends, Robert Walton (Bobby), Jack Lindstrom, Cora and Bob Collins.
