With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin R. Hahn (Marion, Iowa), born in Greeley, Iowa, who passed away on July 15, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hahn and Lillian Hahn (Timmerman); his wife Charlotte Hahn; and his sisters, Arlene Turner and Delores Coffin.
He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Mabel Holst; his children, Steven Hahn (Janice) of Epworth, Iowa, Cynthia Andrews (Brad Hansen) of Shellsburg and Susan Lamphier (Kevin) of Delhi, Iowa; his grandchildren, Michelle Wagner (Joe), Haley Hahn, Stephanie Kubik (Brian) and Anson Andrews (Diane Conrad); his great grandchildren, Zoelle, Natalia Kubik, Ellie and Jesse Andrews; and his siblings, Donna Kolosik, Joanne Bevauns, Neva Hahn and Dale Hahn (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Melvin's memory to Mercy Hospice, 315 18th Avenue, Hiawatha, Iowa, 52233.
