He is survived by: his wife Diane Malik; his children, Nathan Mulbrook of Marion and Katie Mulbrook of Johnston; his brothers, Mike Mulbrook of Marion and Matthew Mulbrook (Lois) of Center Point; and his mother Marilyn Deke Mulbrook of Marion.
