She was predeceased by: her parents, Advin Gingerich and Hattie Gingerich (Ledman); and her siblings, Mary Fritz, Leroy, Ralph, Orval and Lawrence "Jake" Gingerich.
She is survived by: her husband Lowell Zillmer of Marion; her brother Glen Gingerich of Riverside; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Zillmer of Kalona and Linda Hoff of Timberville, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the Hospice of Mercy in Hiawatha.
