She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Bury and Marie Bury (Nickerson); her husband Dennis Henry Hazzard; and her siblings, Patty Carven and Curtis Bury.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Hazzard of Marion, Jeff Hazzard of Marion and Karen Gosnell (John) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and her grandsons, Joe Gosnell of Shenandoah and Sam Gosnell of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
