He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Boothe and Jean Boothe (Gray). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Boothe; his children, Chet Boothe (Jody) and Jenna Michlee (Ed); his grandchildren, Emma, Camryn, Reece and Maggie; and his sisters, Judy Williams (John) and Linda Boothe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be in the care of Marilyn Boothe.
