He is survived by: his wife Anne Rosenberger of Marion; his children, Joan Meyer (David) of Cedar Rapids, Susan Cunningham (Joseph) of Cedar Rapids and Daniel Rosenberger (Sandy) of Marion; his grandchildren, William Meyer (Rebecca), Eric Meyer (Amy), Katie Rosenberger, Sarah Rosenberger, Bradley Cunningham (Elisha) and James Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Mia Meyer and Maddox Cunningham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joe's memory may be directed to the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection or the Eastern Iowa Honor Flights.
