He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Joyce (Devlin) and John J. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Janet Molloy (Molloy); his children, David, Michael and Allie; his son-in-law Neal; his grandchildren, Declan and Carrigan; and his brothers, John (Sue) and Greg (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
