The memory of Darrell Louis Hora of Marion, Iowa, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josie Ivan and Mary Alice Hora (Tenley); his grandsons, Ian Galloway and Elijah Manuel; his brother Robert Hora; and his nephew Ryan Onken.
He is survived by: his children, Beth McKeehan (Keith) of Cedar Rapids, Joel Hora of Cedar Rapids, Mindy Galloway (Glen) of Manchester, Allison Thomas (Rick) of McGregor and Adam Hora (Kristen) of Peyton, Colorado; his sister Diane Onken (Roger) of Monticello; and his sister-in-law Betty Hora of Anamosa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Leonard-Muller Funeral Home (1500 N Franklin St, Manchester, IA 52057). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
