She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard Tonsager and Syliva Tonsager; her husband Francis; and her son Doug Behnke. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Wagner (Phyllis) of Marion, Brian Wagner (Debbie) of Warsaw, MO, Lynn Congleton (Bill) of Cedar Rapids and Robert Wagner (Cheryl) of Cedar Rapids; and her sister Arlene Behnke. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; 8 great- great grandchildren.
