We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Harold Newkirk (Marengo, Iowa). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his brother Glenn Newkirk (Maxine); his children, Denise Salm (Randy), Scott Newkirk and Lynette Sheehan (Edward); his grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie Sheehan; his son Paul; his parents, Roy C. Newkirk and Martha M. Newkirk; and his stepparent Irvin Whitlock. He was also cherished by pets, but none more than Boone, his beloved hunting dog.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, or to Iowa City Hospice in Harold's name.
