He is survived by: his wife Verna May (Esser); his children, Steve Goeldner (Michelle) of Wisconsin, Craig Goeldner (Dawn) of Indianola, Sara Grimm (Todd) of North English and Christine Bral (Brent) of Marengo; his siblings-in-law, Karen Esser of Amana, Virgie Wehr of Marion and Steve (Connie) of Walford; his grandchildren, Deena, Miranda, Chelsie Rathjen, Lily Reuter, Lexi, Grant Goeldner, Brooklyn, Sophia, Aidan Grimm, Brecken and Nash Bral; his siblings, Dan, Theresa and Sally; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Esser and Cletus Wehr. He is also survived by six children.
