He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ohlendorf of Remsen, IA; his daughter Rachel (Larry Kovaciny); his grandchildren, Daniel, Mercedes and Abigail of Woodbridge, VA; his son John (Erika Ohlendorf); his grandchildren, Claire and John "Jack" Jr. of Manassas, VA; his sister Mary Hartman of Le Mars, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Daryl, Alyda Haack of Primghar, IA, Duane and Robin Haack of Sheldon, IA.
