He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pearson and Marguerite Pearson (Viken); his sister-in-law Trish Pearson; and his nephew Brad Eckhoff. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Addy; his son John Pearson of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Cody and Ashley Pearson; and his siblings, Clarence Pearson, Jr. (Sue) of Marcus, IA, Jim Pearson (Betty) of Marcus, IA, Bev Schomaker (Steve) of Cedar Falls, IA and Jan Puhrmann (Leon) of Paullina, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
