He is survived by: his former wife Glenda Ames of Le Mars, IA; his sons, Alan Ames (Amy) of Minneapolis, MN and Brian Ames of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; and his siblings, David Baines, Jean Ann Doney, Terry Fleming, Beatrice Chila, Dale Baines and Bart Lyon. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
