She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Rae and Darlene Rae (Lindstrom). She is survived by: her husband Brad of Marcus, Iowa; her children, Heather Shea (Tim) of Moville, Heidi Coburn of Van Meter, Holly Beazley (Russell) of Johnston and Heath Coburn (Jennifer) of Sioux City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Tyler Mathis, Ashley Grieder (Christopher), Drew Beazley, McKenna Beazley, Faythe Evans, Aiden Short, Ava Coburn and Sofia Coburn; her great grandchildren, Amelia Ann Grieder and Luca Grieder; and her siblings, Lynn Fontana (Rocky) of Cokato and Michael Rae (Loni) of Gilbert, Arizona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Ann's name to the family for a memorial fund to be established.
