He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Welch and Helen Welch (Nixt); and his in-laws, Chris and Edna Lindloff. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Welch of Marble Rock; his daughter Teresa Wells (Steven) of Marble Rock; and his grandchildren, Aaron (Megan), Alyssa, Anna and Sadie Wells.
