He was predeceased by: his parents, Hope Thomas and Gerald Thomas. He is survived by: his significant other Gertrude Kahler; his sons, Charles (Tamie) of Marathon and James (Sherry) of Elkhorn, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Angela Hart (Kevin) of Des Moines, Andrea Black (David) of Bettendorf, Philip Thomas of Manson and Stephanie Huttner (Tyler) of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; his great grandchildren, Benjaminn, Madeline, Marshall and Haven; and his cousin James Lawrence.
