It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L. Thomas (Marathon, Iowa), who passed away on September 11, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hope Thomas and Gerald Thomas. He is survived by: his significant other Gertrude Kahler; his sons, Charles (Tamie) of Marathon and James (Sherry) of Elkhorn, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Angela Hart (Kevin) of Des Moines, Andrea Black (David) of Bettendorf, Philip Thomas of Manson and Stephanie Huttner (Tyler) of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; his great grandchildren, Benjaminn, Madeline, Marshall and Haven; and his cousin James Lawrence.
