Viola H. Kilburg Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola H. Kilburg of Maquoketa, Iowa, born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on September 29, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Fuegen and Josephine Fuegen (Banowetz); her daughter Joni Kilburg; her grandson Ryan Kilburg; and her siblings, Katherine Elsner (Vern), Bernice Kilburg (Arlin), George Fuegen, Clarence Fuegen (Margaret) and Gerald Fuegen (Shirley).
She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Julie Veach (David), Kevin Kilburg (Kathy) of Maquoketa Mike and Charlie Kilburg of Long Grove; her brother Duane Fuegen (Pat) of Charlotte; and her in-laws, Mary Kilburg of Springbrook, Dave Sieverding, Judy Moran of Bellevue, Madonna Fuegen of LaMotte, Norma Sieverding, Leon Kilburg, Sr. and Lou Ann Kilburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to Hospice of Jackson County or directed to Viola's family to be donated to various local charities.
