He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Carr and Billie Jane Carr (Bocklett); and his brother Mike Carr. He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Widel of Maquoketa, IA; his children, Travis Carr of Palo, IA, Emily Carr of Newhall, IA and Alicia Dee (Matt) of Shellsburg, IA; his siblings, Jack Carr, Stacy Carr (Reba) and Kitty Carr (Tom); and his in-laws, John, LeAnn Widel, Dick, Beth Widel, Joyce and Rich Majerus.
A reception will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carson Celebration (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Hospice of Jackson County.
