He is survived by: his daughters, Abby McMahon of Maquoketa and Sarah Skladzien of Hilo; and his siblings, Patty Brown of Maquoketa, Shawn Skladzien (Angie) of Maquoketa and Samantha Green (Brandon) of Tipton, Iowa..
