He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Warner and Vernelda Warner (Ingraham); his spouse Lauleen Randolph; his brother David Warner of Perrysburg, OH; his niece Ann Newton (Brian) of Perrysburg, OH; his nephew Scott Warner (Kam) of Perrysburg, OH; and his daughter Laurie Warner.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Jackson County.
