He is survived by: his mother Terri Lynn Wagner (Basten); his stepfather Brandon Clark of Maquoketa, IA; his father Jeffrey "Jeff" Wagner of Dubuque, IA; his sister Hailey Marie Wagner of Burlington, IA; and his grandparents, Paul, Shirley Frommelt of Zwingle, IA, Cheri Basten of Zwingle, IA, David Wagner of Clayton, IA, Tom and Sherri Stoffel of Clayton Center, IA..
A reception will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home Order Flowers (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060).
