He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Houston and Lela Jane Miller (Carr); and his stepfather Raymond Miller. He is survived by: his son Jason Houston of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Christy Schmidt (Brian) of Andrew, IA, Tammy Steffen of Dubuque, IA and Brian Houston of Des Moines, IA.
A reception will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carson Celebration (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060).
