She was predeceased by: her parents, Wm Henry and Mary Irene Deppey (Winter); her brother-in-law Michael Mitchell; and her daughter-in-law Grace Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Ross Mitchell; her daughter Jolyn Richards (David) of Maquoketa; her grandchildren, Ryland, Mitchell, Blais Richlapp (Lauren) and Karysa; her son Dennis Mitchell (Lori) of Murietta, CA; her grandchildren, Ryan and Russell Mitchell (Lauren); her daughter Amy Mitchell (Terry) of Maquoketa; her grandson Donny Olson of Minot, ND.; her sister Carol Evans of San Bruno, CA; her siblings-in-law, Don Mitchell (Mary) of Silvas, IL, Jean Mitchell of Mason City and Joan Polfliet (Gary) of Bettendorf; and her daughter Karla Myrtue of Sergeant Bluff.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carson Celebration (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
