She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty Louise Tubbs and Welch; her children, Jeanie Bowling of Maquoketa, IA, Charles Wilhelm Jr. (Tina) of Maquoketa, IA, Roy Wilhelm (Deb) of Maquoketa, IA, Curt Wilhelm of Maquoketa, IA and Kerry Wilhelm of Maquoketa, IA; her siblings, Georgia Armstrong of Maquoketa, IA and Michael Tubbs (Carol) of Maquoketa, IA.; her husband Charles Mortimer Wilhelm Sr.; her son-in-law Kenneth Bowling; her brothers, Jesse and Larry Tubbs; and her grandson Kristopher Wilhelm.
