He is survived by: his wife Donna Summers; his daughters, Stacey Mohr (Steve) of Charlotte, IA, Lori Millwright Ganzer (Pete "Zip" Gebhart) of LaMotte, IA and Lisa Theisen (Jon) of LeClaire, IA; his grandchildren, Amanda Wagner, Mitchell Ganzer (Lauren), Maddison Kirby (Brandon), Allison Theisen (John Washington) and Brad Mohr (Bethany); his great grandchildren, Elijah Leary, Josefine, Elizabeth, Charlotte Ganzer, Barrett Kirby, Ava and Aden Mohr; his sisters-in-law, Deb Millwright and Carol Summers; his nieces and nephews, Emily Clark, Kayla Goeser (Mike), Sherry Howell (Shawn) and Chris Summers; and also Jerod Haldin.
