He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Augustus and Donna Marie Randall (Kunkle); and his brothers, Delbert Streeter, Donald Streeter and Darrell Streeter.
He is survived by: his daughter Doreen M. Algeo (Randall) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Samuel (Missouri) and Sydney Algeo (Arkansas); his close friend Janice Mundt of Maquoketa; and also, Scott Mundt (Lonnie) of Minnesota, Chad Mundt of South Carolina, Dan (Corey), Connor (Georgia), Zachary, Aliya, Mathew and Kathryn Mundt.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made in Frank's name to Hospice of Jackson County, honoring his compassionate spirit and dedication to community care.
