He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Martha Smith (Maxey); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Smith, Alan, Judith Vickers (Cooper) and David Vickers.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Teri" Smith; his children, Jason Smith (Windy) and Vanessa Davis (Paul); the mother of his children Charlene Kulas Smith; his grandchildren, Zach Ruppert (Amanda), Mason Ruppert (Chloe), Victoria White (Nick), Reese Smith and Reagan Smith; his great grandchildren, Callie Ruppert, Brooklynn Ruppert, Ruby Ruppert and Joanna White; his siblings, Dale Smith, JoAnne Smith and Erlene Pleitner; his brothers-in-law, Gary Vickers and Scott Vickers (Andrea); and his cousin Julie Evens. He is also survived by nieces, aunt's, uncles.
