She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Donald and Velma Pearl Andrews (Craft); and her brothers, Dean Andrews and Don Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Jeff William Tampir of Maquoketa, IA; and her children, Jason Tampir of Camanche, IA and Tricia Makinster (Tim) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Jackson County or the Jackson County Humane Society.
