He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Penn and Nina Catherine Schork (Levengood); his sisters, Barbara Schork and Mary Schork Spurgeon; his grandchild Alexis Page Barton; and his great grandchildren, Jade Alexandra Harper and Carson Guyton.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Schork of Maquoketa, IA; his children, Tony Schork (Koreen) of Maquoketa, IA, Danny Schork of Iowa City, IA, Anita Price of Maquoketa, IA, Naomi Barton (Christian) of Montgomery City, MO and Rhonda Walker (Matthew) of Trenton, MO; and his sister Carol Richardson of Mexico, MO.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
