She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl C. Wasmund and Sylvia M. Wasmund (Scheer); her sister Dora Wren (Fred Rehse); her parents-in-law, Ralph Scoles and Caroline Elizabeth Scoles (Henry); and her sister-in-law Ruth Scoles (Bergeson).
She is survived by: her husband Grant Scoles of Mapleton, Iowa; her children, Peggy Hanner (Richard) of Sloan, Brad Scoles (Sarah) of Oakland and Brian Scoles (Alaine) of St. Paul, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Amy Wyant (Tyler) of Council Bluffs, Jenny Scoles of St. Paul and Paul Scoles (Kaitlin) of Anoka, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Camden and Gage Wyant; and her brother-in-law Roger Scoles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
