She was predeceased by: her stepson Jay Johnstone; and her siblings, David Weikel and Cindy Weikel. She is survived by: her husband James J. Johnstone; her son Christopher Johnstone; her stepson Jim Johnstone III; her siblings, Doug Weikel and Dianna Weikel Hasson; and her friend Renie Crum.
