He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow Wingate and Marilla Wingate (McDole); and his brother Noel Wingate. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Dean (Leo) of Mapleton, Iowa; his niece Shana Dean of Mapleton, Iowa; his nephew Troy Dean of Gretna, Nebraska; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydnee, Jada, Myia and Jurrell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Soldier Lutheran Church (223 Larre St, Soldier, IA 51572). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
