We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2019, at the age of 81, Rita Mae Meister (Mapleton, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hildegard Ullrich (Thomas) and Leo Joseph Ullrich; and her siblings, Larry, Leo, William (Bill) and Mary Jean.

She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Catherine of Richardson, TX, Paul (Tammy) of Coppell, TX, Dan (Karen) of Richardson, TX, Theresa (Don Ivey) of Allen, TX and Stephanie (Kevin Fordyce) of Plano, TX.; her grandchildren, Alison, David Ivey, Payton Meister and Cecilia Meister; her stepgrandsons, Michael and Anthony Kay; and her siblings, Eileen (Dean Schaaf), Hildegarde (Doug Lauters), John (Jean Ullrich), Nancy (Bob Cannella), Raymond (Sherri Ullrich) and Jeanette Ullrich of Dennison, IA.. She is also survived by eleven children.
