She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Castan (Alice) and Virginia Castan (Lyons). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hagerdon of Mapleton, IA; her children, Darin Hagerdon (Leslie) of Smithland, IA and Dena Heitman (Troy) of Sergeant Bluff, IA; her granddaughters, Shelby Hagerdon and Alexa Heitman; her sisters, Mary Hilbert (Sam) of Danube, MN and Kay Krueger (Mike) of Danube, MN; and her uncle John Lyons of Florida. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
