It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyle Rose of Mapleton, Iowa, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Irwin and Beaulah Rose Irwin (Davis); his grandson Lucas Jensen; his sister Maxine Rose Johnson; his parents-in-law, Ned and Evelyn Perrin; and his brother-in-law Don Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife DiAnn Rose (Perrin); his children, Debbie Jensen (Michael) of Castana, Marsha Hartman (Craig) of Sloan, David Rose (Rita) of Mapleton and Brenda Howland (Steve) of Mapleton, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bruening (Jared), Laura Jensen, Lydia Fultz (Jordan), Bradley Rose (Megan), Heather Johansen (David), Trent Howland (Charissa), Monica Howland, Mariah, Callie Bruening, Elliott Fultz, Harlee, Hudson, Hayden Rose, Maycie, Easton, Carlie Howland, Morgan, Skylar, Brodie Johansen, Jameson, Jersey and Jaylee King. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A Funeral Service will be 2:00 P. M. Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Castana Community Church, Castana, Iowa with Pastor Linda Boggs officiating. (Social distancing measures must be followed-Due to Covid-19 restrictions- Masks are required for the church service.).
