She is survived by: her husband Kevin Simmons of Mapleton, Iowa; her children, Trevor Simmons (Meghan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Steven Simmons of Lawton, IA, Jamie Johnson (Paul) of Bondurant, IA and Theresa Collins (Joseph) of Sioux City, IA; her grandchildren, Audrey, Isabel, Jayden, BreeAnna, Jett, Christian, Madison, Morgan, Theo, Jerzi and Kyler; her siblings, Jean Casteel of Gretna, NE, Bill Boysen (Karen) of Alliance, NE, Bob Boysen (Evelyn) of Graham, TX, Pat Knutson (Tom) of St. Paul, NE, Shirley Boysen of Danbury, IA, Dick Boysen (Toni Kreymborg) of Danbury, IA, Babe McBride (Jerry) of Danbury, IA and Ken Boysen (Kim) of Danbury, IA; and her sister-in-law Mary Boysen of Ida Grove, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
