It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Behrendsen of Mapleton, Iowa, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Behrendsen and Esther Behrendsen (Klaus); his siblings, Steve Behrendsen and Bonnie Behrendsen; his siblings-in-law, Jan Behrendsen, Jack Spracklin, Derold Evers and Donald Howard; and also Joseph Behrendsen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Spracklin of Council Bluffs, IA, Pat Evers of Pocahontas, IA, Ronald Behrendsen of Council Bluffs, IA, Sheryl Howard of Omaha, NE, Dave Behrendsen of Phoenix, AZ, Myron Behrendsen of Phoenix, AZ and Tom Behrendsen (Gary Nixon) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
