She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dean and Ruth Dean (Wittenmyer); her husband Joe King of Bronson, Iowa.; and her sisters, Connie Moat, Norma Plough and Shirley Schoenherr.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leo Dean (Kathy) of Mapleton, IA and Susan Hargens (Louie) of Charter Oak, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the John's United Methodist Church (212 S 7th St, Mapleton, IA 51034). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's United Methodist Church (212 S 7th St, Mapleton, IA 51034).
