He is survived by: his children, Sharon Trapp of Oskaloosa, IA, David Petersen (Kristen) of Camden, SC and Jason Petersen (Jennifer) of Callahan, FL; his grandchildren, Michelle Petersen, Dean Petersen, Grant Petersen, TeAnna Hasso, Matthew VanSkike, Kathleen VanSkike, Jessica Manning, Jasmyn Petersen and Jade Petersen; and his siblings, Don Petersen of Ute, IA and Dorothy Treft of Perry, IA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
