He is survived by: his son Justin Smith (Kimberly) of Jordan, MN; his grandchildren, Jackson, Aiden, Mason and Jaylie; his pet KC; his sisters-in-law, Beth Hudson (Jim) of Pocahontas, IA and Mary Collmann of Des Moines, IA; his niece Sarah (Jared); and his nephews, Brian (Macy), Andy (Katie) and Aaron (Mariah). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
