She is survived by: her former husband Michael C. Johnson; her husband Dennis J. Smothers; her son Tony Johnson (Shelly Whalen) of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Austin, Ashlee, Kourtney, Noah, Stephan, Matthew, Xyola, McCoy and Maverick; and her brother James (Pam Junkman). She is also survived by 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
