She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Birkey; her children, Jay Birkey of Fort Dodge and Mitch Birkey (Amy) of Sheboygan, WI; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Birkey of Bowling Green, KY and Holland Birkey of Sheboygan, WI; her siblings, Marilyn Dayton (Ken) of Pocahontas and Gordon George (Tangela) of Maxwell, IA; and her brother-in-law Marvin Birkey (Linda) of LaVista, NE..
