It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Pierick of Manson, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Pierick and Barbara Pierick (Krischel); his siblings, Donna White, Rivers of Bode, Manson and Northwest Webster; his wife Marilyn Simpson; his children, Jeff (Karen) of Des Moines and Jackie Wallin (Marc) of Urbandale; his grandchildren, Matt Pierick (Meredith), Tom Pierick (Sarah), Rachel Seraphin (Tom), Kathryn Pierick, Michael Pierick, Liz Wallin, Maddy Pierick, Danny Pierick and Jackson Wallin; and his great grandchildren, Willy, Charlie Pierick, Genevieve, Andrew Pierick and Lucy Seraphin. He was also cherished by son to his parents; a devoted husband and father; and a proud grandfather.
